The Edison Theater is offering up a hilarious redo of Dicken’s “A Christmas Carol,” and you’re going to want to make time for this. The theater is just a few minutes drive away from the resort, and the play is running Thursdays through Sundays all month long. Some dates are starting to sell out, so be sure to contact the theater in advance to buy your tickets. Call 760-934-6592 for reservations.
If you’re in town on December 7th, be sure to head over to main street to enjoy the annual tree lighting. You’ll enjoy free hot chocolate and cookies while everyone joins in to sing Christmas carols while the beautiful lights are switched on. It’s a great outing for the entire family. December 8th and 9th the USASA Unbound Snowboard and Ski Unbound series comes to Mammoth Mountain on its international Half Pipe tour. Registration is open to anyone, so this is your opportunity to share a run or slide on the pipe with some of the best. The evening of the 8th and 9th offer an entirely different flavor of entertainment. The Felici Piano Trio joins with the Eastern Sierra Chamber Orchestra & Choir to host an evening of beautiful classical music including some holiday favorites by Handel and others.
