Our PGA107 is a 4600 square foot lakefront estate on the Greg Norman Course. The attached casita is its own little romantic getaway that has a fireplace in the private second floor bedroom and its own elevated deck overlooking the lake on the adjacent course. Few things are more relaxing than starting the day with some fresh coffee watching the early golfers play through beyond and planning a full day joining them. Or plan a day of nothing more than relaxing in the warm desert breezes while you lazily swim in the salt water pool. Of course you can stop whenever you want to relax in the spa as you listen to the splashing waterfall feature. Are you feeling the relaxation?

PGA111 has room for 10 guests in its 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. If you’re in the mood for 16 foot ceilings, a private pool, a spa with cascading water features, big screen TVs, a chef’s kitchen with Wolf appliances, you’re in for a treat. With over a dozen golf courses within driving distance, the golfers will find the choices amazing. The built-in barbecue will be a delight for grilling up steaks by the pool. It’s a great time: A morning on the course, an afternoon relaxing by the pool, and an evening of fine cuisine prepared by the chef in your group. We’re sure you get the picture. Plan a November Golf Getaway to La Quinta

This time of year we start seeing an increase in activity with our Big Bear cabins. This usually coincides with the first real snowfall of the season. But we don’t want to neglect our guests who enjoy some of the other great activities available in Southern California, so we’re highlighting this week some great options to plan a November Golf getaway to La Quinta.

November usually offers perfect weather for golfing with lows in the 50s, highs in the 70s, and virtually no rain days. Couple this with La Quinta’s collection of truly world-class golf courses and you’re set for a golf getaway that will be everything you want. And we’re ready with some amazingly luxurious options to help enhance your stay.

While we always hesitate to favor any of our properties over any other, we have to admit that PGA107 always has us smiling with a bit more spring in our step. We’re not sure if it’s the deck for our morning coffee off the private upstairs bedroom overlooking the small adjacent lake, the seating areas in the open courtyard, or the arched doorways and windows that remind us of something from old Hollywood. But whatever it is, we really love this place, and we’re sure you’ll feel the same. It’s spread out over 4600 square feet and with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. When you’re not out on one of the nearby golf courses, you can relax in your own private salt water pool and spa with the soothing sounds of their waterfall in the background. PGA122 is another of our desert gems, and it’s located on the 6th fairway of the PGA West Weiskopf Private Course. There are built in TVs throughout the house with Travertine flooring and dark Italian granite in the kitchen. There’s plenty of outdoor seating to take in the mountain and fairway views when you’re not enjoying the Pebble Tech pool and spa with their adjacent waterfall. Get Some Turf Under Your Feet With a Golf Vacation

But Southern California also has a hidden gem for golfers in Big Bear. During the off season, the Bear Mountain Ski Resort converts to a beautiful 9 hole golf course. You’ll enjoy an invigorating time playing in the 7000 foot alpine setting against the backdrop of the San Bernardino Mountains. The course features a full-service pro shop, a practice area, and a 300 yard driving range. There’s room for 10 guests in its 4 Bedrooms 3.5 Bathrooms. Enjoy a family movie night outdoors in the large covered loggia with plenty of seating and a 75″ TV wall mounted with swivel bracket that allows for viewing from the pool/spa.
