Get Some Turf Under Your Feet With a Golf Vacation

You’ve been cooped up for months. The highlight of the family’s week has been a trip to the grocery store just to remember what it feels like to be outside again. You’re really ready to spend time outside again. A lot of time. And we’ve got a great idea. How about pack the clubs and plan a golf getaway?

Our most popular golf destination is La Quinta. We have over a dozen luxury properties with fairway views. And if you’re at all familiar with the area, you’ll know La Quinta is home to some of the best golf courses found anywhere in the world. Several of the more popular ones are open to the public with no membership requirements. Each luxury property features a private pool, so your time off the links will be as relaxing as your time playing. In addition to golf, there’s plenty of other activities locally or just a quick drive away in Palm Springs. You can enjoy great shopping, theaters, and some of the finest food in all of California.

But Southern California also has a hidden gem for golfers in Big Bear. During the off season, the Bear Mountain Ski Resort converts to a beautiful 9 hole golf course. You’ll enjoy an invigorating time playing in the 7000 foot alpine setting against the backdrop of the San Bernardino Mountains. The course features a full-service pro shop, a practice area, and a 300 yard driving range. You’ll want to book your tee time in advance at this link, and we’ll be happy to help you locate a great Five Star Vacation Rental cabin or estate nearby to relax in when you’re not out golfing.

You can book your stay online or view all of our La Quinta properties at this link.  Or give us a call at 310-780-3411, and we’ll help you choose a great property for your next vacation or getaway.  And if you’d like to explore any of our other destinations, you can be assured that we’re committed to providing top quality cabins, estates, and condos for your next vacation getaway.  Here are links to our other properties in Nuevo Vallarta and Big Bear.

Put Us On Your Back to School Shopping List

School Bus: Cute Girl Getting On BusThe ads are unavoidable, and it’s unmistakable that the lazy, hazy days of summer are waning.  Back to school season is upon us with all the flyers in the mail, the extra shopping trips, and the annual reworking of our schedules. But there’s still time to plan one last family getaway before the bell rings on that first day back to school.  Put us on your back to school shopping list, and you can end the summer on a great note.

Big Bear is amazing during the late summer. The evenings are usually cool, and the daytime temperatures can be a break from the hotter days more common throughout much of Southern California. Especially popular this time of year is the golfing, hiking, trail biking, and fishing on the lake.
