Central Air Conditioning and Heating! Big Bear vacation rental home has 3 bedrooms. King size bed in the primary, queen in secondary, and the guest bedroom has a queen bunk bed (queen on top and bottom) AND a twin bunk bed. We also have a pullout couch in the living room and a futon in the newly renovated garage. The home has tons of amenities including a hot tub, bbq, and fire table in the backyard, 2 full bathrooms with showers (1 with a jacuzzi bathtub as well), a closet full of board games, cornhole for the backyard, converted garage with a pool table, foos ball table, darts, giant jenga, arcade machine, and a TV. The house is dog friendly with an enclosed backyard and is in walking distance of a giant park with a playground, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickelball, disc golf (we have 2 sets you can borrow), and an enclosed dog park. When it gets cold, snuggle by our wood burning fireplace, or turn on the central heat. When it gets warm, enjoy our newly added central a/c. We even have an outdoor charging station for your electric vehicle or RV.
The neighborhood is quiet with great views. It can be a truly peaceful place to relax, and it's just a short drive to all that Big Bear has to offer: ski resorts, snow play areas, hiking, biking, lake, golf course (we have a set of clubs you can borrow), restaurants, and more!
There is no place like Big Bear when you are looking for year-round fun for the whole family! Entertain with ease in the main room boasting an open layout that seamlessly combines the gourmet kitchen, comfortable living area, and dining room to make mingling a breeze. You can end each day in the fresh air on the back deck with a favorite drink in hand or soaking away your cares in your private hot tub.

City of Big Bear requires a Good Neighbor Policy Form to be signed prior to check in. They also require the drivers license of the primary renter.
